PROGRAM ENTRY

At-Large Entry	At-large contestants apply directly to the state program by completing the application and forwarding to the address indicated.  Program fees are paid by the contestant
Local Entry	Contestants can apply to one of the local programs and compete for a local title. The participation fee for the local program is determined by the local director. Some locals are open to all applicants and some may have a residency requirement. Please contact the following local program directors for information on participation in their programs
